為備戰2025年度的 WAF世界腕力錦標賽 及 AAF亞洲腕力錦標賽，本會將於每月定期舉行訓練班及比賽

To prepare WAF Armwrestling World Championship 2025 and AAF Asia Armwrestling Championship 2024, our federation will provide regular trainings and competitions in each month.
Details：
- Every Sats in TST: 16:30-17:30
